Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after the order has been shipped to you.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the same condition that you received it:  unworn and unwashed, with tags.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@melodiecollective.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Exchange Policy

Customers are eligible for an exchange if the item is sent back within 30 days of receiving the initial order.  The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unwashed, with tags in order to be accepted. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@melodiecollective.com with your order # and we will send instructions on how and where to send your package as long as the requested size is available.  

We are not responsible for any shipping costs of an exchange
